Privacy policy
This page explains what information Skaling collects when you visit startskaling.com or buy from us, and what we do with it.
When you visit
Our pages use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring visitors here and what those visitors do. It records page views, when the checkout comes into view, and purchases (including add-ons and VIP upgrades). Meta may use cookies and similar technology to do this.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which records standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for the font files.
When you buy
Payments are processed by Whop (whop.com). The checkout on our pages is Whop's secure form, and your card details go straight to Whop. We never see or store your full card number.
Whop shares your name, email address and order details with us: what you bought, what you paid, when, and whether your membership is active. If you came from one of our ads, we add that ad's tracking tags (such as UTM tags and Facebook's click ID) to your order so we know which ad led to it.
Between the checkout pages, your browser keeps a short note of your order so the next page knows what you bought. It's deleted when you close the tab.
Inside the course
Your account, the course and the members' chat are in your Whop account. Other members can see what you post in the chat. VIP members also join a private Telegram group, where the other people in the group can see your Telegram name and what you post.
If you buy Test Factory, it asks for your name and email to set up your login. The kie.ai and Claude or ChatGPT API keys you add are stored encrypted and used only to check them and run your tests. The offer details you enter are sent to those services, using your keys, to make your ads, and your finished packs are stored so you can download them.
How we use it
To give you access to what you bought, handle billing, cancellations and refunds, answer your emails, and measure and improve our ads and pages. We do not sell your personal information.
Who else handles it
Whop handles your payments and your account under its own privacy policy and buyer terms. Meta, Cloudflare, Google and Telegram handle what they collect under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can block cookies in your browser, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Your payment details are managed in your Whop account. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us at the address below. We keep order records for as long as we need them for billing, refunds, tax and legal reasons.
